This Art Nouveau-style house was built in early XX century at Poltavskyi Shliakh Street, 42 and it is a real gem on the street.

Originally, the building housed the “Lux” Lighting Store, part of the Romanov Brothers Trading House. It once featured a tower and lavishly framed display cases and windows; unfortunately, all of this has been lost over the years.
