- Voznesenskaya Girls’ High School. Hoholya Street, 1.

2. The Second Gymnasium, located on Blagovischenska Square, was destroyed in 1943.

3. Second Girls’ Gymnasium (Alexandrovskaya), Voznesenskaya Square, now Oboronnyi Val Square. It was destroyed during World War II, and a railway transport institute was built on its foundation in the 1960s.

4. Gregorcevic Girls’ High School. Himnaziyna Embankment, 1a.

5. Obolenskaya Girls’ High School, Hryhoriia Skovorody Street, 32. Destroyed during World War II.

6. Commercial School, Hryhoriia Skovorody Street, 77, now the Law Academy.

7. First (Mariinska) Girls’ Gymnasium. Rymars’ka Street, 11.

8. First Gymnasium. Currently located at Heroes of Kharkiv Ave., 24 (Industrial and Pedagogical Technical School).

9. Vocational School. Currently located at Heorhiya Tarasenka Street, 4a.

10. Third High School. Hoholya Street, 7.

11. School for the Blind. Sumska Street, 55.

12. Fourth Gymnasium. Mar’ins’ka Street; the building no longer exists.

13. Real School. Heroes of Kharkiv Ave., 45, now a building of the State University of Biotechnology.
