The building at Morozova Street, 4 is a listed architectural landmark and forms part of the residential complex in the Settlement of Artema (now known as Mashinobudivnykiv or Machine Builders).

The complex was built between 1926 and 1929 to a design by I. Taranov-Belozerov, V. Bogomolov and M. Zelenin.

Stylistically, these early buildings lean towards Art Deco and Constructivist architecture.

The tram turning loop runs right through the building’s courtyards.
