On March 14, 2016, we held our own lecture on artistic postcards.
This event took place as part of the “Rodovid” historical and cultural project at Hryhoriia Skovorody Street, 62, 2nd floor.
We have already covered the topic of Kharkiv on early 20th-century art postcards quite extensively. We, however, have focused primarily on “Kharkiv and its residents in art postcards.”
First, we talked about how the postcard came to be and how it evolved. Then we moved smoothly on to the most interesting part. Obviously, we didn’t have time to cover everything. Of course, we had plenty of interesting facts saved up for future lectures.)
We invite you to watch the video recording of the aforementioned event, kindly provided by the Kharkiv Regional Center for Culture and Arts.
