The renovation of the building located at Kostomarivs’ka Street, 13 was completed in 2020.

Now there will be office premises here.

The original reconstruction project envisaged the addition of three floors, but only one was added.

As you can see, the facade has been restored, but the historical window glazing bars, as often happens in Kharkiv, have been lost.


Previously, this Art Nouveau house (built around the 1900s) was abandoned and could have suffered the fate of permanent demolition – it was not a listed architectural landmark.

Now life will flicker in it – albeit with a superstructure.
