This manor house was one of the highlights of the Myslyteliv Square and one of the oldest buildings on this street. The house was built in 1832 according to the project of the architecture Andriy Ton for Yehor Pavlov, the grandson of the merchant Isai Pavlov. He was a former serf who managed to break into the merchant market and achieve great success in this business. Yehor Pavlov left a well-known city toponym, due to his shops Torgova Square was commonly called Pavlovska Square. Officially this square was renamed into Pavlovska in 2012.

Pavlov Manor house was a witness of a bridge and a lake in the right part of the Myslyteliv Square, traces of which remained in the unusual, diamond-shaped shape of the square – building ran along the shores of the ex-lake in those days.

Before the World War I Hast Hotel was located in this building.

In 1914, it was replaced by another hotel – Epstein Hotel. According to the Jewish sign above the hotel, there was also a kosher restaurant there.

Pavlov Manor house stood for 190 years, survived two World Wars. However, on the night of July 6, 2022, it was severely damaged by a Russian missile strike.
