The building at Shota Rustaveli Lane, 10 originally housed the Nikolaevskoye Real School.

Architects: I. Zagoskin, B. Kornienko, A. Linnik. The building was constructed in 1896 (according to other sources, between 1911 and 1914).

Until recently (around 2016), this building housed the inpatient ward of City Clinical Hospital No. 11.

The building is now abandoned.

The building was damaged by Russian missile strikes in the spring of 2022 and lost its windows.
