According to the list of architectural landmarks and some researchers, the mansion is attributed to the construction firm of Moisey Dikansky, which built an apartment building for Nujievskaya in 1914. Until the 1990s, a bas-relief of Mephistopheles stood out among the building’s decorative elements.
