The 5-story building at Myronosytska Street, 32 was built (approximately) in the second half of the 1920s (according to other sources, in 1936).

The building was typical of Kharkiv’s constructivist residential development, and its most striking feature was its triangular bay windows. The authorship of the design has not yet been documented, but some researchers speculate that it may have been designed by V. Trotsenko. The building is not a listed building.
On March 2, 2022, it was destroyed by a Russian missile strike. The wooden partitions in the building burned. Kharkiv authorities deemed the building beyond repair and proposed demolition.
