Mykoly Mikhnovskoho Street (formerly Ganna Street) is notable for its historic single-story buildings. The most interesting buildings are Nos. 37 and 3, built at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries; both are architectural landmarks. Because the street’s development changed during the 20th century, it is practically impossible to match the current house numbers with the 1909 list of property owners. However, according to that list, house No. 3 on Tsaritsynskaya Street (as the street was called in pre-Soviet times) belonged to the merchant Nikita Borisovich Maslov.

And house number 37 was most likely numbered 41 and belonged to Mavra Mikhailovna Aristova, the widow of a collegiate counselor.
