You don’t always have to head out of town to enjoy a “country estate view” of a house on the lake.

The house is located within a forest park at Kharkivske Hwy, 84/1, near the so-called “Duck Lake.” It was not originally a manor house and was built for the “Dubovaya Roscha” sanatorium, designed by architect Yakov Steinberg in 1930. 

Unfortunately, as a result of work carried out on the drainage channels and streams in Lisopark in 2019–2020, the lake has almost completely dried up, as it lost access to its water sources.
