The House of Education Workers was built in 1925 based on a design by K. Zhukov. It was constructed by adding a new structure and renovating two pre-WWI buildings.
Following the renovation, the building took on Constructivist features.
In 2018, the ground-floor facade was clad with modern finishing materials.
Unfortunately, the building at Skrypnyka Street, 14 is not a listed architectural landmark.
The building’s facade was damaged by Russian missile strikes in 2022.
