Tucked away in the courtyard at Sumska Street, 106A is a late 19th-century mansion designed by an unknown architect in an eclectic style.

For a long time, it had fallen into disrepair, but it was renovated and restored in 1999–2000 under the direction of architect V. Novgorodov. The building is currently home to the “Faktor-Druk” Publishing House and the Honorary Consulate of France.
