This building recently underwent facade renovations; fortunately, its beautiful four-panel doors were not replaced during the process.

In 1909, the lot at Dmytrivs’ka Street, 20 belonged to Vasily Evgrafovich Mishchenko, a process engineer.

We do not know who designed the house or when it was built, but it was most likely at the end of the 19th century.

The building is not a listed architectural landmark.
