Back in the years 1840–1845, a brewery and meadery was built on the Mala Danylivka estate in the Alekseevskaya volost.
At the beginning of the 20th century, Arseny Arsenyevich Reinke was the owner of this enterprise. Annual production, for example, in 1914 was relatively small—only 70,000 rubles.
Naturally, the managers did everything in their power—fair or foul—to draw customers’ attention to Danilovsky beer. It seems, therefore, that this is what led to the creation of such a flashy advertisement.
