On May 30, 2015, we held a lecture on the magnificent paintings produced by our wonderful city, focusing on artists from Kharkiv and those who weren’t strictly from Kharkiv. The presentation covered their masterpieces and interesting biographical details. We also tried to figure out what qualified a person to be called a Kharkiv native, and what allowed them to speak of a “Kharkiv period” in their life and work.

The lecture took place at the INDIE Cultural Center (Chernyshevska Street, 4/6) with the support of the “Maidan Monitoring” Information Center.
