Among the unconfirmed authors of the project, researchers mention architects P. Frolov, Y. Tsvetkov, and A. Pokorny.

In the 1960s, the telephone station was partially extended by 2 floors (architect I. Lavrentiev). Also, the clock on the tower has not survived to this day.

But this building remains an architectural monument. The building now houses Ukrtelecom.

The current address of the building is Myronosytska Street, 26/9. This street has had many names – it was Novo-Malo-Sumska, Rovnosti ta Bratstva, and Dzerzhinsky…

The building was damaged by Russian missile strikes in the spring of 2022 and lost its glazing.
