Biblyka Street, 19

Built in 1954 to a design by A. D. Matorin in the KhTZ residential district, this building occupies an entire city block and is notable for its distinctive features, particularly the entranceways with their round windows.

The main building, as well as the annex and a separate building in the courtyard, housed a children’s club with a variety of activities.
