We’ve already mentioned the “House with One Wall” at Hvardiitsiv-Zaliznychnykiv Street, 3, so now let’s take a look inside its staircase.

There are no apartments in the corner section of the building (offices only); that is where the entrance is located.

Until 1968, this street near the South Station was called Usovska Street.

The third building on Usovska Street (assuming the numbering hasn’t changed) was owned by Emma Ludvigovna Carlson, the wife of the college secretary.
