One of the main landmarks of the village of Vilshany is the village council building, which originally housed the land bank.
Construction of the whimsical, eclectic-style building with small towers was completed in 1912.

The building is a local landmark of urban planning and architecture. During the Soviet era, the building’s premises were used for various purposes—administrative (town council), educational (high school classrooms), and industrial (sewing factory).
