This house, located at Goldbergivska Street, 98, was built according to the design of architect E. Helmer in 1913.

The building is a rare example of a large house in the Art Nouveau style in the Zayikivka neighborhood.

In 2017, the facade of the house was renovated. Unfortunately, the renovation did not affect the balconies, which were enlarged by the residents mostly in 1990s, as well as the satellite dishes and air conditioners – they remained in place.

Interestingly, a small neighboring house inherited a similar color scheme during the renovation.
