Lebedyn, founded in 1652, is one of the most underrated towns in Sloboda Ukraine in terms of its tourism potential.
Here, the mid-19th-century shopping arcades have been preserved, along with the Art Nouveau-style town hall (1915) and the fire station tower (which is still in use)…

Here you can also see the wooden Church of the Resurrection, built in 1789.
